Carbon lamination is an articulated process that requires the experience of a specialized craftsman: long, numerous processes and, as the complexity of the geometry increases, costs and times grow exponentially, making the process expensive for the
customer who is in need of small lots.

The experience gained in the Automotive sector allowed Mark One to develop a technology that, by means of 3D printing, definitively solves these critical issues.

With Mark One, companies can now produce monobloc components reducing time and costs by more than 50% compared to traditional methods, while maintaining geometric and dimensional tolerances intact.

FOCUS ON

Thanks to the high accuracy of Mark One printers, it is possible to build:

MarK One - Stampi

MOULDS
For elastic-silicone components that allow small productions to be developed, while reducing costs and times compared to traditional processes.

MODELS
For lost wax casting of aluminum. This system saves 90% of the production cost.

INSTRUMENTATION
Mark One 3D printers are not only capable of producing prototypes and end-use products: they also support companies in creating tools to speed up and optimize the processes.
