CARBON FIBER PROCESS
PATENT PENDING
Carbon lamination is a complex process that requires the experience of a skilled craftsman. Carbon fiber rolling processes are multiple, long and complex. For this reason, they are expensive for the customer who needs small batches of light and highly resistant components. The more complex the geometry, the more time and costs increase.
The experience gained in the Automotive sector has allowed Mark One to develop a technology that, through 3D printing, solves definitively, for each customer, the critical points of this type of processing.
With Mark One, it is now possible to produce laminated monobloc components without joints and without the use of moulds. This allows the client companies to save more than 50% in terms of both time and costs, compared to conventional methods. In addition, tolerances of internal geometries and volumes are maintained, even in the most complex components.
